Company finally issued a refund, but only after I told them I would be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau.

Here you will find an EXTENSIVE collection complaints and negative reviews about this company, and how it makes unauthorized charges on your credit card or other payment method. If you notice the deception and complain, they do everything they can to avoid issuing a refund. It appears their 'customer service' has developed an elaborate process of diversions, delays and deceptions to frustrate people into giving up their dispute, and/or losing their legal remedies.

And this is the company that is supposed to PROTECT you from scammers...

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Bitdefender Pros: When it ran originally.

Bitdefender Cons: Dishonest practices, Unresponsive customer service, Dirty billing prcatices.
