Had to uninstall app on phone then reinstall, now I'm in a 30 trail period. I paid my annual fee of $54.61 on July 5th. How to correct this?

Unauthorized Charging

I cancelled my subscription in May. In October I received an email that on October 18 I'll be charged the renewal fee of $94.99. On October 14 I logged on to my Bitdefender account and found that the subscription is active. The same day I cancelled the subscription again and purchased Bitdefender total security from Amazon and activated it. On October 18, I was charged the above said fee and requested a full refund. I like the product, but I'm canceling my account. The case is with my credit card company for over 2 weeks and is being investigated. So far nothing happened.

I can't rate this company because you don't have a zero!

I sent a detailed message about the problem and my reasons for asking for a refund. I was told that I would be refunded less than one-third of what I think I deserved. I haven't received anything so I asked to be unsubscribed.

User's recommendation: Do not buy this product because in my opinion the company doesn't treat customers fairly.
