Terrible and not recommended.Purchased and continually crashes and slows machine to a crawl. Contacted support they opened a ticket but never contacted me or took action to resolve the problem. I kept sending crash reports and another ticket was opened. Still no action or contact. The error log is so big iut takes at least 3 minutes to send. Bitdefender may be highly rated, however dealing with the simple minded Romanian customer service does not inspire confidence. Trying to determine what is a reasonable price for Bitdefender Total Security for Multiple Devices 2017 is not straight forward in the least. Had Bitdefender installed in two desktops and on a laptop for a # of years without difficulty and agreed that it was a good system UNTIL- both desktops started losing internet connects when W 10 updated. Hired Tech tried to correct but found that when Bitdefender engaged it auto shut off internet connection. He collected and sent info to Bitdefender techs for answer. YOU WILL BE SIGNED UP FOR AUTO-RENEWAL, CHARGED FOR ANOTHER YEAR OF SERVICE WITHOUT PROPER NOTICE FROM BITDEFENDER, AND THEN SEE YOUR TIME WASTED TRYING TO GET THE REFUND YOU DESERVE.
