SafePay Very Problematic | Bitdefender in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

SafePay fails on automatic open mode with listed bank URL and even manually going directly in to SafePay with listed bank URL right there it won't work! It appeares to as it opened up with the bank site but upon clicking log in-Poof-Error! I had Kaspersky prior but with the whole Russia spying issue we thought try Bitdefender. Well, So far nothing but regrets as K worked just fine. There's been a ticket opened so we'll see but may have to bail on this.

The issues have been fixed I now have 1130 days until expiration, All is good finally ! about 300 days extra from them for the reset , Thank You Bitdefender ! Just don't call customer service and do any remote connections , read , learn, & install yourself, you'll know...

Bitdefender has been great since I wrote this all questions and refunds account settings have been set and cleared up ! I would recomend Bit Defender to anyone , just read and keep up with your account , they have credited my account I think for about 4 years ( which is a little over what I paid for and they just reset me to my initial day 1 and same email , so I actually received a year , extra , because I was buying year renewals before the year was up , when I saw a $19.99 renewal , I'd go ahead and get it.

Just be careful with the call in guys trying to do a remote connection , and be sure to find that connection if you do ever connect , and delete it in I believe your docs, or downloads. PC saves the connection link. No issues I love the software ! It works great !

I use LINUX Mostly , but when I do boot into Windows 10 I like Bit defender Total ! It doesn't use much system resources ! So All Is Well in my book !

I think you guys will get to talk to the right person soon , keep trying ! only a few support guys that I think were not operating within company policy .

We have the commercial on Premise setup and its a night mare if you want help. We constantly get normal files that have been unchanged for a decade get denied by the scan engine. Its a mystery and we have to disable every safe guard to get access to a known safe file. You sit on hold for an hour and finally when you get thru their VOIP phone system is such crap they cant hear you and you them. So they hang up and say call back. 100 User license for workstation and servers and we aren't important enough to get support. Pathetic.

I have called in for tech support numerous times only because this software is overly complicated with very little literature on setup. Tech support are able to help out depending on how complicated the issue is. ( I have has a tech tell me he was new and did have the answer for me ) ....sad!! I have has this product installed for 2 months now and still do not have it setup to the fullest... Customer support is impossible to get and when you do finally get someone on the phone they take the details of the issue and make a false promise to call back within 2 hours...which ends up being an email off hours sating they couldn't get in touch with me... and to email them back when I get the message.... Bottom line... I am sorry I purchased this product! Be care full when purchasing make sure you are a top level Linux programmer if you plan on configuring this software yourself!! ...and do not expect technical support to help you in a timely manor... After installing Bitdefender on my 64bit Windows 8.1 laptop, my 32bit Internet Explorer 11 keeps freezing up! Sometimes after 1 minute, 3 minutes, etc...totally random.

I now have to use Firefox Quantum and I hate their version of SmoothScroll and when you turn it off, scrolling REALLY sucks (even after toying with Firefox scroll settings). I want to use my IE.I tried calling customer support here in America, but wat told to GO POUND PAVEMENT. My 3 year subscription was purchased on eBay and, even tho it was an American seller, selling it here in America, it originated from India so I was told to go call India. I can't.

My Tracfone doesn't allow international calls. Called Bitdefender back and explained this and, again, was told to GO POUND PAVEMENT.What difference does it make WHERE my Bitdefender originated from? It's STILL Bitdefender, isn't it???Tried going to "support" on the Bitdefender.in website, but it is EMAIL ONLY. Emailed them but, of course, I've never received any reply (sigh).Great.

I paid for a 3 YEAR subscription for a product that doesn't work and I now have to throw away. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT BITDEFENDER!
