I've been working on trying to fix some malware that got through BD total Security 2017 for three weeks now. My PC is useless. I sent in logs...no fun to generate. They sent a detailed and tedious recipe for fixing the problem. I did the fix. Problems returned after 36 hours.

When the soctware was installed it completely shut my laptop down. After deleting the software I restored my laptops settings and asked for a refund. Bitdefender refused to refund my money. I think this company is scamming the public, do not buy.

Had been happy with bitdefender until time to renew. Though renewed, get messages that subscription ending shortly. Cannot load Bitdefender on one of my computers. Their customer service is virtually nonresponsive-worst I have encountered.
